Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. margarine
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, separated

Preparation

Combine graham crackers and margarine.
Press on bottom of pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 325\u00b0.
