Barbecue Beef Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. fat
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 picnic buns, toasted
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 can water
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1 (6 oz.) can whole kernel corn
Preparation
    Melt fat in a large fry pan.
    Add onions and garlic.
    Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until onions are transparent.
    Add meat, stirring with a fork to separate and cook about 5 minutes until brown.
    Blend in soup, water and seasoning. Simmer for 15 minutes longer, until meat is done.
    Add corn. Simmer 5 minutes longer.
    Serve over toasted buns.
