Creole Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cold chicken, turkey or veal
    1 1/2 green peppers, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 c. boiled rice
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
    buttered crumbs
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Combine meat, rice and tomatoes.
    Cook about 10 minutes.
    Add green peppers, celery and onions.
    Pour mixture into baking dish. Cover with buttered crumbs.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    (Better if served hot.)
