Cantaloupe Brownies(Nice And Moist) - cooking recipe

cantaloupe
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grate cantaloupe in blender or food processor to make 2 cups with the consistency of applesauce. Combine in a bowl the dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients and nuts; stir just to combine.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 12 large brownies.
