Never Fail Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    2 sq. or 1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except vanilla.
    Stir until sugar dissolves over moderate heat.
    Then when mixture comes to rapid boil, boil exactly 1 minute.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla.
    Cool and beat to consistency.
