Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    3 small onions, chopped
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute chopped onions in shortening.
    Cut meat in strips, then cube.
    Remove onions.
    Roll meat in flour and fry until brown.
    Add onion, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add mushrooms, soup and sour cream.
    Simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.
    Serve on rice or noodles.
