Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Tbsp. yeast
    2 c. sugar
    1 qt. warm water
    1 lb. melted margarine
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    20 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    9 eggs
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients together; let stand until yeast bubbles.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix together; let rise, covered, in plastic until doubled in bulk.
    Roll to a thickness of 1/2 inch.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Cover with mixture of cinnamon and sugar; roll and cut.
    Put on greased baking sheet. Let rise and bake.
    Brush with syrup (1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar) as soon as removed from oven.
    Frost with glaze.
