1 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
dash of hot sauce
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake in hot greased pan at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
