Ingredients

1 c. fresh grated coconut
1 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg
margarine
deep dish pie crust
Preparation

Beat eggs until smooth.
Add sugar and coconut.
Mix well. Stir in vanilla.
Pour into unbaked deep dish pie shell.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Place small pats of margarine on top of pie filling. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
