Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. flat egg noodles
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. tomato paste
1/4 c. tomato catsup
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook and drain noodles.
Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper.
Drain grease off and add tomatoes, paste and catsup.
Mix in noodles and put in casserole dish.
Grate some Velveeta cheese on top and sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top of cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
