Lemon Snowballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped toasted almonds or walnuts
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
3/4 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease cookie sheet.
Cream butter with sugar.
Add flour, cornstarch and salt; mix in lemon rind.
Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in nuts, pressing them in.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Drizzle with Lemon Frosting.
