Rice Plus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 envelopes dried mushroom soup (Cup-a-Soup size)
2 c. water with bouillon cube
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add rice and mushrooms.
Saute until lightly browned. Stir in soup mix and water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20 minutes until all liquid is absorbed.
