Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can bean dip
1 large avocado
lemon juice
salt and pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 pkg. taco mix
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/2 c. green onions
1/2 c. green peppers
1/2 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mash bean dip and spread on large plate. Peel and mash avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper, then spread on top of bean dip. Mix sour cream, mayo and taco mix. Spread on top of avocado, then sprinkle on onions, olives, green peppers and tomatoes. Top with cheese. Serve with taco chips.
