Country Side Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. celery slices
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/4 c. water
    3 chicken breasts, split and skinned
Preparation
    Place rice in greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Cover with combined vegetables and pepper.
    Combine soup and mayonnaise.
    Mix well.
    Gradually add water to soup mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour 1/2 the soup mixture over vegetables and rice.
    Top with chicken pieces and remaining soup mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and rice is cooked.
    Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
