Pineapple Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 c. white sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. coconut
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter and remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into 2 unbaked 9-inch pie crusts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
