Ingredients

1 large refrigerated sugar cookie dough, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
fresh fruit (kiwi, strawberries, grapes, peaches, blueberries, pineapple, etc.)
peach or strawberry glaze
Preparation

Spread cookie dough into pizza pan and bake until lightly browned 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip and spread on cooled cookie.
Chill.
Then put a light layer of glaze on mixture, arrange fruit in decorative pattern, drizzle lightly with glaze and serve.
