Scalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
1 stick margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook cabbage.
To make sauce, melt butter.
Add flour and milk.
Cook.
Layer cabbage, crackers, cheese and sauce.
Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt and pepper; end with crackers on top.
