Christmas Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. seedless blackberry jam
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. raisins
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake in 3 layers in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
    Cool.
