Cream Of Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cooked rice
    1 qt. boiling water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. chopped vegetables (onion, tomatoes, turnips, carrots and greens)
    2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Boil rice in water until almost tender.
    Add salt and vegetables. Continue boiling until vegetables are tender.
    Add milk and cook until heated.
