Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    3 c. flour, mixed with 3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk or orange juice
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    rind of 1 big lemon
    6 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Cream egg yolks, sugar and butter.
    Put in other ingredients. Whip egg whites to snow and then blend carefully with batter. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean.
