Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1 1/2 c. water
    10 oz. pkg. cut broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut into small pieces
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat bouillon in 1 1/2 cups of water until dissolved; add broccoli.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes.
    When cooked, add milk, cheese, nutmeg and a dash of pepper.
    Combine flour and water; pour into cheese and broccoli.
    Cook until thick and bubbly.
