Impossible Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp; crumble.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0; grease 8 or 10-inch pie plate.
Put remaining ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high 1 minute.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake until brown, 50 to 55 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes; cut and serve.
