Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cocktail (with juice)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9-inch pan.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Put eggs in another bowl and beat well.
Add vanilla and cocktail; stir and fold into dry ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into greased pan and bake 40 minutes.
