Ski Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sweet cherries
    1 (6 oz.) strawberry gelatin
    2 c. Ski
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Drain fruit and place juice in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
    Add gelatin.
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Add to gelatin mixture.
    Mix well.
    Add fruit and Ski, 1 to 2 cups, depending on how firm you want your salad.
    Pour in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish and refrigerate for several hours.
