Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. chopped chives
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. salt
    paprika (on top last)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until soft, drain and mash.
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add potatoes and remaining ingredients except paprika; beat until combined.
    Spoon into buttered casserole. Sprinkle paprika.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until hot.
