No Cook Mint Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. peppermint extract
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 drop red and green food coloring
Preparation
    Blend corn syrup, butter and peppermint.
    Divide into 3 parts. Make 1 red, 1 green and leave one white.
    Shape into balls and flatten with fork (on wax paper).
    Let dry.
    Can coat with chocolate, if you like.
