Easy Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. soft cream cheese
    1 c. extra crunchy peanut butter
    16 oz. chocolate Cool Whip
    1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 baked and cooled 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and peanut butter at medium speed until light and fluffy.
    Add Cool Whip and confectioners sugar gradually, beating until smooth.
    Spoon into pie shells.
    Freeze 8 hours or overnight.
    Garnish with chocolate shavings or chocolate syrup and whipped cream.
    Makes 12 servings.
