Quick Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    flour
Preparation
    Mix dry yeast, sugar, shortening and salt.
    Add 1 cup scalded milk, cooled, with 1 cup cold water.
    Add enough flour for soft dough.
    Let raise and make into buns.
    Let raise and bake at 350\u00b0.
