Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

1 jumbo pkg. chicken wings
1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1 tsp. canned ginger
2 cloves garlic or 4 tsp. Reese's garlic juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. honey
1 (10 oz.) bottle soy sauce
Preparation

Fry chicken until crisp; use no flour.
Slightly salt 1 side of
the
washed chicken before frying.
Drain chicken on paper towels to remove excess oil.
