Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (boil, then peel and mash)
1 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. Pet milk
sour cream (amount optional)
spices (nutmeg or whatever you like)
1/2 c. margarine

Preparation

Mix all ingredients with mixer.
Pour into buttered dish.
