Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (3 to 4 c.) squash
    1 to 1 1/2 onions
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pkg. stuffing mix or croutons
    2 oz. Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Cook squash with onion until done (add 1 cup green pepper for extra flavor).
    Drain.
    Put 1 stick margarine in squash and mash like potatoes.
    Add sour cream and soup; mix well.
    Add stuffing mix or crumbled croutons.
    Mix.
    Add grated cheese.
