Favorite Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. whole pecans
1/8 tsp. salt
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and corn syrup together.
Add pecans, salt and vanilla.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Complete baking 20 to 25 minutes. Brush with butter, if desired.
Can be served with whipped cream.
