Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jell-O
4 c. fresh peaches
Preparation

Mix water and sugar; bring to a boil.
Mix cornstarch with water and add to sugar water; cook until thickened.
Dissolve Jell-O in the mixture and cool.
Add fresh sliced peaches.
Cool until partially set.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Chill. Add Cool Whip and serve.
