Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. crescent rolls
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese
5 or 6 eggs, beaten
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 lb. sausage
Preparation
-
Line pan with rolls.
Brown sausage and drain.
Add eggs, green pepper, green onions, cheese, salt and pepper to sausage. Pour over rolls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
