Chocolate Revel Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine, softened
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. quick cooking oats
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In a large mixer bowl, beat margarine on medium speed for 30 seconds.
Add half the flour, sugar, egg and 2 teaspoons of vanilla and baking soda.
Beat on low speed until thoroughly combined.
Beat in remaining flour.
Stir in oats.
