Clam Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
diced onion
1 can minced clam
2 cans New England clam chowder
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In microwave-safe dish with lid, melt butter and onion.
Saut onion 2 to 3 minutes (time differs per microwave).
Add the remaining ingredients and return to microwave and cook 20 minutes, stirring twice.
Serve.
