Crawfish Macque Chaux - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 celery rib, chopped
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 stick margarine
    1 can diced Ro-Tel
    2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can creamed corn
    1 lb. crawfish
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute first four ingredients in margarine.
    Add Ro-Tel.
    Cook 30 minutes.
    Add corn.
    Cook 30 minutes.
    Add crawfish, salt and pepper.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Thicken with cornstarch and water. Cook 5 minutes.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
