Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread, broken up
    1 c. cheese, grated
    1 c. plus 1 tsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    8 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix milk, cheese, eggs, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Pour over bread and sausage in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Let sit 15 to 30 minutes. (Best if made the day before and refrigerated.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
