Pasta Shells With Artichokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. shells, cooked
    1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
    1 red pepper, cut into strips
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    2 large minced garlic cloves
    1/2 c. fresh chopped basil
    2 jars drained marinated artichokes
    red wine vinegar
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Saute peppers in oil, garlic and basil until crisp and tender. Chop artichokes and add to peppers to heat.
    Add pasta, salt and pepper.
    Follow sparingly with a few good dashes of wine vinegar. Drain excess oil.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Toss and transfer to platter.
    Serve with a goblet of your favorite wine and hearty loaf of bread!
