Buttered Potato Wedges In Microwave - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. baking potatoes
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Place margarine in 1 cup measuring cup; microwave on High for 45 to 60 seconds.
    Stir in pepper.
    Cut potatoes into quarters. Arrange on 12-inch plate.
    Brush with half of margarine.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Rearrange potatoes and brush with remaining butter.
    Sprinkle with cheese and green onions.
    Cover and microwave on High 7 to 13 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
    Let stand 5 to 6 minutes.
    Cover with foil during standing time.
    Potatoes will hold temperature for 30 minutes before serving when covered with foil.
