Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. carrots, sliced and cooked
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1 small onion, diced
    1 1/2 pkg. Town House crackers, crushed and buttered
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender.
    Saute onions in butter.
    Layer carrots and cheese in baking dish.
    Pour onions over them.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
