Savory Herbed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken thighs, skinned
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    4 small summer squash, sliced
    4 tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 tsp. savory, marjoram or thyme
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 1/4 c. tomato or vegetable juice
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
    Break onion slices into rings.
    Put half of the onion in a casserole dish.
    Layer chicken on top, then rest of onion, squash, tomatoes, herbs, paprika and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
    Pour juice over all.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
