Boston Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. small white beans
4 Tbsp. \"Grandma's\" molasses
1 Tbsp. oil
1 medium onion
1/8 tsp. liquid smoke
1/8 tsp. Accent
1 or 2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Wash beans thoroughly and soak overnight.
In the morning, place beans in bean pot with molasses, oil, liquid smoke and Accent.
Peel onion and add whole to beans.
Add water enough to cover beans.
Cover pot and cook at 200\u00b0 from 4 to 6 hours, or until beans are tender.
Onion may be removed when beans are done.
