Gambas Al Ajillo(Garlic Shrimp) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
    1 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, finely chopped
    4 to 6 cloves garlic (pressed)
    1/4 tsp. salt (or less if so desired)
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    dash of cloves
    dash of paprika or cayenne
Preparation
    Wash shrimp well and allow to drain.
    Peel garlic cloves and combine with salt in a mortar and pound with pestle until creamy. Combine shrimp, garlic mixture, parsley and pepper.
    Place mixture in glass container, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to cook.
