Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cranberries
pulp and 1/2 rind of 1 orange
2 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
2 c. hot water
1 can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Grind together cranberries and orange.
Add sugar.
Let stand 1 hour, then combine lemon jello with the hot water.
Let stand 1 hour.
Combine with crushed pineapple.
Pour into mold and refrigerate until set.
