Linzer Hearts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. (3 sticks) butter (sweet), softened
1 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 egg
2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour, sifted
1 c. cornstarch
2 c. shelled walnuts, finely grated
1/2 c. red raspberry preserves
Preparation

Cream butter and 1 cup of sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and mix well.
