Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 can creamed corn
2 c. cornmeal
1 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. oil
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except cheese.
Pour 1/2 of batter into greased skillet.
Sprinkle cheese over mixture; add other half of batter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until done (about 1 hour).
