Sausage And Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. green pepper, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    3/4 c. onion, diced
    2 pkg. dry chicken noodle soup mix (Cup-a-Soup)
    1 1/2 c. rice (instant)
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain off fat.
    Add vegetables; simmer.
    In separate pan, boil water.
    Add rice and soup mix; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Mix sausage and vegetables with rice and soup in casserole.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, covered.
