Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    4 c. salted water
    milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 pkg. garlic cheese
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook grits in salted water.
    Add milk to eggs to measure 1 cup liquid.
    Mix with grits.
    Add cheese and margarine.
    Pour into buttered casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
    Top with 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
