Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
5 Tbsp. boiling water
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Place sugar, water and butter in pan over high heat.
Boil 2 minutes or to soft ball stage.
Remove from heat and add pecans and vanilla.
Beat until mixture becomes creamy and begins to sugar on the side of the pan.
Then drop from spoon onto wax paper.
